Marrow & Bloom

What we offer

Three practices, woven together.

You don't have to know which room you need. Come in once, and we'll figure out together where care should begin - and how the pieces connect.

01 - Mind

Emotional & inner-child therapy

Trauma-informed talk therapy for the patterns that started long before adulthood. We work gently with reparenting, nervous-system regulation and self-compassion - naming old wounds, building safety, and helping you respond to life rather than react to it.

  • Inner-child & reparenting work
  • Trauma-informed counselling
  • Nervous-system & somatic tools
  • Boundary & self-worth coaching
  • Journaling & reflection guidance
  • Ongoing weekly or fortnightly support
02 - Access

Accessibility advocacy

Practical, side-by-side help with the systems that protect your independence - disability documentation, benefits, accommodations and appeals. We translate the paperwork, sit with you through the forms, and make sure your needs are properly recognised.

  • Disability card & ID guidance
  • Benefits & eligibility navigation
  • Documentation & evidence support
  • Workplace & access accommodations
  • Appeals & renewal help
  • Plain-language explainers
03 - Restore

Restorative care & training

Confidence is part of wellbeing. Our restorative-aesthetics practice offers gentle, low-pressure treatments - and we train practitioners too, with courses grounded in care, consent and craft rather than hype.

  • Gentle restorative treatments
  • Confidence & self-image work
  • Lip-blush & technique courses
  • Hands-on practitioner training
  • Aftercare & follow-up
  • Certification pathways

What to expect

Getting started is the gentle part.

No commitment, no forms to wrestle before you've even spoken to a human.

A free first call

Twenty unhurried minutes to tell us what's going on. No assessment voice, no pressure - just a conversation.

A care plan, together

We suggest which practice (or practices) might help, at a pace you set. You decide what happens next.

Steady, joined-up care

Your practitioners share notes with your consent, so your support stays coherent as your needs evolve.

Ready when you are

Not sure where to start? That's exactly why we're here.

Tell us a little about your situation and we'll help you find the right first step.
